● Delivery timelines typically range between 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
● Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a tracking ID/link via SMS/WhatsApp/email to monitor their shipment.
● THOS is not responsible for delays caused due to:
○ Courier partner issues
○ Natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances
○ Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
● Customers are requested to ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order. THOS will not be liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
● In case of non-delivery due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order may be returned to THOS. Re-shipping will be done only after additional shipping charges are paid by the customer.
