1. Return & Exchange Policy
● Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
● A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
● An unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or incorrect product claims. Without this, the request may be declined.
● Exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability in stock.
○ If the requested product is unavailable, THOS reserves the right to off er an alternative product or store credit.
● To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
○ Unused
○ In original packaging
○ With all tags, certificates, and invoices intact
● Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
● Shipping Responsibility:
○ If the return/exchange is due to an error from THOS (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), return shipping will be borne by THOS.
○ In case of exchange due to customer preference (size/design change), shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
2. Cancellation Policy
● Orders can be cancelled with a full refund only before dispatch.
● Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not permitted. However:
○ If the customer refuses to accept the delivery or requests cancellation after dispatch,
○ Shipping and delivery charges will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
3. Refund Policy
● Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
● Refund timeline: 5–7 working days via original payment method.
● Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is from THOS.
